Seminar Registration Information

Tuition includes admission to scientific sessions, a course syllabus, and continental breakfasts. Refunds will be given only if written notice of cancellation is received prior to February 9, 2008.  A $75.00 fee is charged for all refunds. No refunds will be made after February 10, 2008.
